Zilla
Age: 5 yr
Weight: 78 lb
Zilla is everything you love about a Golden—happy, gentle, and wonderfully well-adjusted. With her gorgeous rusty-red coat and sunny disposition, she’s sure to win your heart the moment you meet her. Zilla adores people, especially her caregivers, and is delighted to make new friends of any kind. Her dream home would be with someone retired or working from home, where she can spend her days curled up at your feet. Her favorite hobbies include chasing balls, taking long walks, soaking up belly rubs, and greeting all of your visitors.
Zilla is well-mannered and eager to please. She’s fully potty trained with zero accidents in her foster home and can be trusted loose in the house—she doesn’t chew furniture, shoes, or other belongings. She knows her basic commands like sit and come and is a great candidate for learning more, especially stay. Think of her as the ideal student: motivated, responsive, and always trying her best. She’s generally indifferent to other dogs—content to coexist, not looking to play, but showing no aggression. She may bark occasionally, but never excessively.
Zilla did have one tooth removed for medical reasons, which shouldn’t affect her long-term health. It simply means her tongue hangs out a little more often… and honestly, we think it only adds to her charm.
