Kosovo Margarita is an international dog and will incur the international dog adoption fee.

Margarita is a sweet 4-year-old girl who traveled all the way from Kosovo in search of her forever family in the United States. She may not have had the easiest start in life, but you would never know it by how quickly she settled into home life and opened her heart to the people around her.

This lovely girl is fully house-trained, incredibly polite, and happiest when she's curled up next to her favorite humans. She has a calm, gentle nature and loves nothing more than a cozy cuddle session on the couch.

But don't let her laid-back side fool you. Margarita still enjoys getting the zoomies, playing with her toys, exploring on walks, and having fun outdoors. She has a wonderful balance of playful energy and relaxation, making her an easy companion whether you're working from home or stepping out for a few hours.

Margarita would thrive with a family that is excited to continue helping her grow in confidence and learn all the joys of being a beloved family dog. She'd love to learn new tricks, improve her leash skills, and, of course, continue her mission of sampling treats (she's a bit picky, but chicken is always a winner!).

Her ideal home would include an easygoing canine companion. She tends to do best with another female dog or a smaller dog, since she can be a little more guarded and fearful around big male dogs.   A home with a fenced backyard would be a big plus, giving her space to stretch her legs and enjoy the outdoors. She can be a little vocal when she sees people passing by the window or outside, so a yard where she can safely enjoy her surroundings would help set her up for success.

Because she can be sensitive to sudden movements, Margarita would do best in a home with kids over 8 years old, where she can feel secure and stress-free.

Most importantly, Margarita is looking for loving people who enjoy cuddles, laughter, and making memories together. In return, she will reward you with endless affection, sweet snuggles, plenty of funny moments, and the unconditional love that only a rescue dog can give.
