Leitha loves to go on walks and will search diligently for any squirrels in the nearest tree. She loves her stuffed bunny and will present it to you after a walk or a meal to show you how happy you made her. She is eager to please and follows direction well including sit, down and stay. Her favorite place is next to her person including sleeping on the floor beside the bed. Putting her head in your lap and giving you her own version of a purr is also a favorite. Leitha hasn’t used a crate in years and can be safely left alone in the house. Interaction with cats and children is unknown. We are told that, in the past, she does not interact well with female dogs so perhaps only male dogs should be in her forever home, although she would probably be happiest to have all of your attention and affection.
