Isaac is an affectionate cuddle bug who loves nothing more than relaxing on the couch and getting belly rubs from anyone willing to oblige. This is pure bliss for him. He’s incredibly social, greeting everyone with an enthusiastic wag and a big smile. Isaac thrives on attention and is always ready to share his joy with anyone who embraces his excitement and signature heavy lean. Because of his exuberance, we recommend that he be in a home with older children.

Isaac has a friendly nature and does well with other calm, playful dogs. However, he would also be perfectly content being your one and only so that he can soak up all the attention and love you have to offer. He absolutely loves car rides and is always ready for any adventure. With his head out the window, and his ears flapping in the wind, car rides with Isaac are always a joyous experience for him. He also enjoys going on walks and can match your pace. Just recently we went for a walk at the Art Museum and loved every minute. Did you know that Neuse River hosts a social dog walk every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am at the Art Museum?? Isaac would definitely love to join in on the fun!

At home, Isaac is very well behaved. He prefers not to be crated and has proven he can be left alone with no issues. He has never had an accident and doesn’t chew on anything except his toys.
