Ginny is a beautiful Golden Retriever with a sweet spirit and a playful heart. She gets along wonderfully with her foster brother and loves spending her days playing with toys, chewing on bones, and exploring the yard. She's just as content to lounge and relax by your side after a bit of fun.

Ginny enjoys long walks and is working on improving her leash manners—she’s eager to meet every squirrel she sees! With regular walks and continued leash training, she’s sure to become an excellent walking companion.

She’s curious and loves to roam the yard, occasionally breaking into joyful zoomies. While a fenced yard isn't required, she definitely enjoys the space to sniff and explore. She also doesn’t mind getting her paws cleaned off when she comes back inside.

Ginny is a medium-energy pup with bursts of playfulness. She loves attention, happily accepts pets, and settles down nicely afterward. She knows how to sit for treats and takes them gently. Bonus: she’s a big fan of watermelon and will patiently wait for her next piece with tail-wagging anticipation. Ginny will use her crate when needed with minimal fuss.

Ginny hasn't spent time with young children in her foster home, her gentle nature and calm demeanor suggest she would do well with older kids 12 years and over after proper introductions.

Ginny’s ideal home is with an active family who’s around more often than not, loves going on walks, giving belly rubs, and keeping a toy basket stocked and ready. She’s ready to share her heart—and maybe a slice of watermelon—with her forever family!
