I am Finnegan and my fosters say that I am the most wonderful boy! I am the perfect age and size at 2 years and 53 pounds! I have been in foster care for some time because I had had to learn to trust humans and overcome anxiety. Today I want to meet everyone and know all my fur buddies on the street! I know all my basic commands and am eager to please. 

I love car rides, playing tug with my friends and giving you unconditional love! I also get along with my feline housemate and others that come to visit. I haven’t been around little humans, but I do know that I don’t like bikes and scooters and other things that go fast! 

I am the best house guest! I am not food motivated so I don’t really care what you are eating, but I do love hotdogs as my high value treat! I am a good watch dog, sleep on my bed or yours, and wait to be invited up on the couch. I will use a crate but am a good boy and trustworthy when left alone. I like my walks and do great on a leash but will get excited when I see a squirrel or rabbit. When I get excited, if you tell me to stop, I will sit with excitement. I sometimes bark at other dogs but do well with redirecting. Mostly, I want to meet new friends. 

My ideal home is one with a fenced yard and an easy going, non- alpha / or non-guarding dog that can be my buddy! If you WFH, that is bonus because we will be office mates! I can’t wait to meet you and my foster will be happy to set up a play date!
