We adopted Joe in November 2002 and have meant to sent pictures well before
now. We are so grateful to have Joe as part of our family! He is such a
wonderful addition and we couldn't ask for a better companion!

Last summer, we adopted Louie from your rescue. He's been a wonderful
addition to our family. We have since renamed him
Bogey, due to my love for golf and his ability to have
a Humphrey Bogart-like smile. Our 11 year old
chocolate labrador (Riley) is even acting more like a
puppy now that she's got a playmate.

Toby was very shy when I first got him, he had a hard time looking anyone in
the eye. He has come into his own, and is so friendly to people and dogs
alike. We go to the beach at least twice a week, where he is able to swim,
and play with other dogs and humans. You can actually see him smiling when
he is at play. I am told constantly what a beautiful golden he is, and he
has captured the heart of all my friends. They even ask to 'borrow' him
from time-to-time, to take him to the beach, as he is a real guy/chick
magnet! He still hasn't figured out that he isn't a lap dog, so we are
working on that. He loves attention and is certainly getting it here.
He is truly the love of my life, and has brought so much joy to my home. We
are having a great time, and Toby is loving his new life at the beach.
Thank you for taking care of him until he found his forever
home with me. He is truly an angel.
